Sterilization & Cleanliness
At Polished Day Spa, providing a sterile and safe environment is priority
*All implements are washed with soap and water, soaked in barbicide, sealed in a sterilization pouch and steamed in an autoclave. Autoclaves are used in hospitals and dental offices to assure the quality of all equipment, and we bring that same standard to our equipment at Polished Day Spa.
*We utilize single use files and buffers for all clients.
*We do not offer whirlpool foot spas. Although they are popular, they
harbor bacteria and are very difficult to sanitize properly.
*You can relax knowing that our sinks are washed and sanitized properly
after every client, using an EPA approved hospital-grade disinfectant.
*We avoid cross contaminating clients by never double dipping into wax
when performing services.
Cancellation Policy: We require a 24-hour advance notice for cancellations in order to accommodate other clients. Any cancellations after 24-hours will be charged 50% of total services. Any cancellations
2 hours or less prior to the appointment will be charged 100%
of total services. Any no-shows will be charged the full amount of services booked.
Late Arrivals: We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. Out of respect for the next client, your appointment will end at the original scheduled time.
Cell Phone Policy: For your relaxation and to the courtesy of others, we ask that you refrain from using your cell phone while in the treatment areas. If you must take a call, we appreciate that you keep it brief. We want all our clients to truly enjoy and de-stress while receiving treatments without distractions.

Polished Day Spa is available for private or non private spa parties. Pandora Radio can be customized for your event and complimentary drinks are always offered. The open floor plan is great to host a baby shower, bridal shower, birthday party or any occasion! Socialize, relax and let us treat you and your guests.
